What we ask from your institution

We ask for participation, not payment.

  1. A point of contact — one sponsor accountable for the pilot.
  2. Administrators — staff who review relevant Echo activity.
  3. Student awareness — reasonable efforts to say Echo is available.
  4. Periodic check-ins — short conversations through the semester.
  5. A pilot-end review — we look at results together.

No resolution quota. No forced policy changes. No automatic purchase.
The institution keeps its decision-making authority.

After the pilot

If Echo works, keep it.

At the end of the pilot we review the results together. If the platform has earned its place, your institution can continue under an Annual Institutional License. Nothing auto-renews, and nothing is automatic.
